Pour son troisième album « Who knows if », la vibraphoniste Brenda s’est entourée de ses complices Toninho do Carmo (guitare) et Maria Teresa (vocalises) et Bernard Wystraete (flûtes) ;de ses coups de cœur Felipe Cabrera (basse) et Frédéric Sicard (batterie) qu’elle a invités pour cet album après les avoir vu sur scène. Surfant sur divers registres musicaux, Brenda cite ses influences, Michel Perucciani, Hermeto Paschoal, Radio Head, interprète ses amis Jean-Yves Candela, F. Sicard, reprend ses idoles J.S. Bach, Keith Jarret et mène son vibraphone de la musique brésilienne au rock, de la musique savante au jazz, du maracatu au chaabi. Intuitive et cosmopolite dans la fond, audacieuse et hors norme dans la forme.
